Changing the construction of the DPF with a unique cell configuration, the SmartDPF captures soot more evenly and regenerates more efficiently — keeping the filter healthier, longer, between cleanings.
Passive regeneration starts at a lower temperature — under 400° — so the filter cleans itself during normal driving, reducing the need for active regens.
The SmartDPF burns less fuel due to fewer active regens — and fewer regens also means more vehicle uptime and lower maintenance costs across the fleet.

DPF Monitoring & Reporting
Our DPF monitoring and reporting service analyzes real vehicle data to track DPF and emissions-related issues across your fleet. We report on the key metrics that matter for fleet health — soot load trends, regen problems, and larger exhaust system issues get caught before they turn into unplanned downtime.
Soot load percentage is logged over time, revealing how quickly each filter fills between regens — a rising baseline is an early sign of a clogging DPF or an upstream issue.
Every active regen is logged with its frequency, duration, and effectiveness. Regens that run longer or more often than the fleet norm flag filters that are struggling to clean themselves.
DPF intake gas temperature history shows whether a vehicle's duty cycle keeps the filter in the range where passive regeneration works — and which vehicles rely too heavily on active regens.
Intake pressure trends tell the clogging story: gradually climbing backpressure between regens points to ash buildup or a restricted filter long before a derate takes the truck off the road.
